PRINT & ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Using Adobe PDF to print these files is highly recommended.
-
Know the standard paper size available in your country
- USA / Canada / N.America - US Letter Size (8.5 x 11 inches)
- Europe / Asia - A4 (210 x 297 mm)
- Printing using mobile apps has limited options. Use the desktop / PC for better printing options.
- While I cannot offer printer troubleshooting as each printer is different, please don’t hesitate to contact us and I’ll do my best to offer a solution.
MANUAL DUPLEX PRINTING
Printer outputs paper face-up
(common with INKJET Printers)
- Choose FILE > Print
- In the Adobe Reader Print Dialogue box
- Set to “actual size” or 100%,
- Select Auto Rotate Portrait / Landscape
- In the print dialogue box go to PRINT RANGE, click ALL then got SUBSET, select ODD pages
- Print the ODD pages first (Pages 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 etc.)
- Put the stack of printed paper back into the supply (source) paper tray so that the unprinted sides print.
- In the print dialogue box go to PRINT RANGE, click ALL then got SUBSET, select EVEN pages
- Click PRINT
MANUAL DUPLEX PRINTING
Printer outputs paper face-down (Common with Laser Printer)
Most LASER PRINTERS have auto-duplex capabilities. I do not recommend manual duplex printing option unless you only have a single-side printing function laser printer
Follow these instructions if the printer outputs the pages in numerical order (starting with page one). The pages exit the printer face down (common with laser printers).
- Choose File > Print.
- From the Subset pop-up menu In the Print Range area, select Even Pages Only.
- Select the Reverse Pages option. In this scenario, the Reverse Pages option ensures that the page sequence is correct.
- Click OK or Print.
- Put the stack of printed paper back into the supply (source) paper tray so that the unprinted sides print. Point the top of the pages toward the printer. Make sure that the edges of the paper stack are square.
- Choose File > Print and select Odd Pages Only from the Subset menu. (Do not select Reverse Pages this time.)
- Click OK or Print.
AUTO DUPLEX PRINTING
- Open the document
- Go to File > Print (or press Ctrl + P)
- Check the box next to Print on both sides of paper and select Flip on Short Edge
- Using Orientation, set page orientation to Landscape;
- Click Print.
- Margin or Binding options should be set to "0" or none.
- Flip on short edge (Short-edge binding) is best for printing documents on landscape orientation.
- If the Print on both sides of the paper option does not appear in this dialog box, open the printer properties (Properties button) to directly access this option from your printer.

COLLATE your pages after printing.
The first page should be at the bottom and your last printed page should be on top of the pile.
Add your cover at the bottom of paper stack
FOLD & Staple
